Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. There's nothing to install.
Does it work on Android?
Yes — iPhone users get it in Apple Wallet, Android users in Google Wallet. Customers without either can still open their card as a web page.
What do my staff need?
Just a phone or tablet with internet. They open the Sila Pass scanner, scan the customer's card and enter the bill amount. We train them on launch day.
Do I need to change my POS or till system?
No. Sila Pass works alongside whatever you use today.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Customers give their details with consent when they join, and you can export your customer list at any time.
How long does setup take?
